About the Recipe

This easy to make Red Velvet cupcake recipe is so delicious and your friends and guests will fall in love.

Ingredients

  • 560 g Cake flour

  • 16 g baking powder

  • 10 g baking soda

  • 6 g Salt

  • 624 g Sugar

  • 424 g Oil

  • 8 ea Eggs

  • 460 g Buttermilk

  • Red food color as needed


Preparation

Step 01

in a large bowl mix Cake flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt together


Step 02

In a mixing bowl with a paddle attachment mix Sugar and oil together for few minutes and add few eggs at a time and keep beating scraping the sides of the bowls every few minutes. followed by vanilla extract


Step 03

Add dry mix into egg mix and incorporate slowly and add buttermilk slowly while mixing. add red food color as needed to make it bright red


Step 04

fill cupcake lines 2/3 of the way and bake at 325 F, until cake tester inserted comes out clean.
