Ingredients

  • 500 g Raspberry Puree

  • 600 g water

  • 250 g sugar

  • 6 g agar agar

  • 6 sheets gelatin


Preparation

  1. heat up raspberry puree, water and sugar in a medium pot

  2. wish in agar agar slowly into hot liquid

  3. add bloomed gelatin into hot liquid and stir well

  4. put into a flat container and let it cool down in a refrigerator, cut into any shapes and use as an accompaniments with other desserts.
