Ingredients
500 g Raspberry Puree
600 g water
250 g sugar
6 g agar agar
6 sheets gelatin
Preparation
heat up raspberry puree, water and sugar in a medium pot
wish in agar agar slowly into hot liquid
add bloomed gelatin into hot liquid and stir well
put into a flat container and let it cool down in a refrigerator, cut into any shapes and use as an accompaniments with other desserts.
