About the Recipe

This delicious pumpkin bread is great for thanks giving dinner. Your family and guests will enjoy

Ingredients

Dry ingredients:

490 g All purpose flour

11 g Baking powder

8.5 g Baking soda

1.1 g ground nutmeg

0.87 g ground cinnamon

8.5 g Salt

175 g Sugar

1 tsp Korean chili flakes


Wet ingredients :

63 g Molasses

281 g Water

455 g pumpkin puree

210 g eggs

7 oz vegetable oil

Preparation

  1. Mix all the dry ingredients in mixing bowl or kitchen aid mixer with paddle attachment.

  2. In a separate bowl mix all the wet ingredients together

  3. add the wet ingredients into dry while mixing slowly scrape the sides and the bottom of the bowl and continue to mix for few more seconds until all incorporated

  4. fill the mix into oiled or pam sprayed molds size about 60 g of each,.

  5. sprinkle some pumpkin seeds on top.

  6. Bake at 325 F for about 18 to 20 minutes
