About the Recipe

This delicious smooth and fluffy peanut butter frosting goes well with chocolate cup cakes.

Ingredients

250 g peanut butter

225 g butter room temp and soft

350 g confectioner's sugar

1 tsp Vanilla extract

1/2 tsp salt

2 TBSp warm milk

Preparation

  1. Cream the peanut butter

  2. Add soft butter and continue mixing

  3. Add vanilla and salt

  4. Add confectioner's sugar about 1/2 cup at a time and continue mixing

  5. add a little warm milk at a time until you get fluffy soft peak creamy texture.
