About the Recipe
This delicious smooth and fluffy peanut butter frosting goes well with chocolate cup cakes.
Ingredients
250 g peanut butter
225 g butter room temp and soft
350 g confectioner's sugar
1 tsp Vanilla extract
1/2 tsp salt
2 TBSp warm milk
Preparation
Cream the peanut butter
Add soft butter and continue mixing
Add vanilla and salt
Add confectioner's sugar about 1/2 cup at a time and continue mixing
add a little warm milk at a time until you get fluffy soft peak creamy texture.
