This dark chocolate glace will give your dessert a nice shinny look. and it taste good too
Ingredients
450 g Dark pate a glacer
310 g heavy cream
90 g Sugar
30 g Light corn syrup
75 g Chocolate 60% - 70%
Preparation
Step 01
Put Pate a glacer and Chocolate in to medium size metal bowl and put it over a pot of boiling water with a low heat on to melt the chocolate half way, not completely melted.
Step 02
In a medium size pot combine heavy cream, sugar and corn syrup. Bring it to a quick boil and pour over half way melted chocolate and stir well to combine all together. cool down slightly before using it to glaze any desserts
